Complex has events such as balcony decorating contests for Halloween and Christmas. Apartment is fully furnished. Beds are full size, dresser with 3 large drawers, good amount of closet space. Each bedroom also has it's own small fridge. There is a large fridge as well in the kitchen. Lease begins August 1, 2025.
My one son and his best friend will be returning to the apartment in August for 2025-2026 school year. So can vouch 2 of your roommates are respectful and not messy. 650.00 includes all utilities except electric. 3 block walk to Georgia College. 0.4 mile walk to GMC.
